A greenfield implementation that went live in September 2024 was a landmark achievement for Tridasa Realty Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Starting from scratch allowed us to design and tailor the system to meet our unique needs. Right from the outset, we balanced best practices, scalability, and the unique needs of the industry. Four months of meticulous planning helped deliver as per the committed timelines.

Close collaboration with SAP and Highbar (Implementation Partner) ensured business requirements were met. Our legacy data was migrated, and new processes were aligned with the ERP system. Extensive training was provided to key stakeholders and users, preparing them for this new beginning.
